REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If your package is received and there is an issue please contact TGH via email immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are Not Available for Handmade Items that Do Not Suite a Taste once Delivered. We Encourage Sampling our Products before purchasing the Larger Sizes.
With issues dealing with incorrect items or omitted items, TGH will be happy to provide you with the correct replacement. Otherwise once shipped, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any oils or handcrafted product.
With issues dealing with damaged products during transit, please take photographs to document the damage and send images to email@example.com immediately. This documentation will enable us to efficiently communicate the dilemma with the Post Office. Thank you.
For Orders that we have received, but there is an Issue on the Buyers Behalf, TGH will contact the Buyer to resolve the Problem. If the Buyer does not respond after TGH has made at least 3 Different Attempts over a period of 2 weeks to Communicate with the Buyer to Resolve the Issue, the order will not be Sent and the Funds will not be returned to the Buyer due to the Inconvenience of the Matter.
Communication is Critical with Online Business and Third Generation Herbal, LLC takes prides in our Availability and Openness to Communication. Whatever the Issue is, we will work with you, but please just let us know that you are working with us.
If a customer & TGH have made special arrangements for a return, make sure to send the package in the same fashion as you had received it, with a delivery confirmation #, and with the correct postage.
Third Generation Herbal, LLC will not be responsible for lost items shipped out as a return. A return of unused products needs to be made within 7 days for an exchange, mailed with Tracking #, mailed with Insurance, & placed in Padded Packaging.
