Gatz

Gatz

from $10.00

The original name of the young man that filled the pages of F. Scott Fitzgerald's magnum opus, "The Great Gatsby" (1925). At seventeen, Gatz changed his name to Jay Gatsby and, over the next five years, learned the ways of the wealthy.

Inspired by all that has come to be associated with the character of Gatsby, "Gatz" provides a delicious alternative to the traditional choice aromatic.

Beginning with poverty, traveling, then becoming “a man of stature", this blend incorporates the phases of Gatsby's life, but also gives homage to his humble roots.

Patchouli, amber, saffron, cardamom, cocoa, and mandarin are blended with other spiced notes to embody the man who committed his life to learning the ways of the wealthy to win the heart of a woman.

Notes: rosewood, amber, citrus.

Description: dry, rich, complex.
